Folders and documents deleted from the Library, kept until you restore or permanently delete them.
Trash lists everything moved out of the Library. Items stay in Trash until you act on them: there’s no automatic deletion. Per item you can Restore it back to the Library, or Delete forever, which removes the file from storage and can’t be undone.
