Flowsign is a trading name of Studio Phoenix Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information Flowsign collects through the product, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept, under the Privacy Act 2020. This page covers this documentation site and how to get in touch.

These docs are hosted by Mintlify. Reading them needs no Flowsign account, and nothing you do here reaches the product: the API is only called from your own tooling with your own key (see The API and your data). The site’s configuration adds no third-party analytics or advertising integration. Mintlify’s hosting telemetry and the feedback controls on each page are left at Mintlify’s defaults; what Mintlify collects from visitors is described in Mintlify’s privacy policy. The Report a problem link in the navigation bar is a plain email link to support.

Making a privacy request

To ask for a copy of the personal information Flowsign holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have your account deleted, email privacy@flowsign.app, the address the Privacy Policy names, with enough detail to identify the information (the sender’s organisation, the document title, the approximate date). Account holders can also start a request from Account > Your data in the app, which opens the support form with the request filled in. If you are already talking to support@flowsign.app, you can raise it there too. If you signed a document another organisation sent through Flowsign, that organisation is responsible for your information: contact them first.
