Email and password
- Enter your Email and Password. The eye button shows or hides what you have typed.
- Select Sign In.
Continue with Google or Microsoft
Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and sign in with that account on the provider’s page. You are then brought back to Flowsign. If there’s no Flowsign account for that email yet, you’re taken to sign-up to create one. See Sign-in problems. If you back out of the provider’s page without signing in, you return to the sign-in screen with no error.Continue with SSO
If your organisation signs in through its own identity provider:- Select Continue with SSO.
- Enter your Work email or company domain, for example
you@yourcompany.comoryourcompany.com. - Select Continue with SSO to go to your identity provider. After you sign in there, you are brought back to Flowsign.
Typing a work email
You don’t have to open the SSO panel first. When you type an email on a domain your organisation has set up for single sign-on, the password field is replaced with “yourcompany.com signs in with single sign-on.” and the main button changes to Continue with SSO. To use your password for that email instead, select Sign in with a password instead. If your organisation requires single sign-on, a password sign-in is refused and you are asked to continue with SSO. Owners can still use their password. See Organisation security.Two-factor code
If you turned on two-factor authentication, signing in with any method asks for a second step. The Enter your code screen reads “Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code for Flowsign.” Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. It submits on its own once the sixth digit is in, and a wrong code is cleared so you can type the next one straight away. You have 5 minutes to enter a code before the sign-in times out and you are sent back to sign in again. Back to sign in returns you there at any time.Signing in with a recovery code
If you don’t have your authenticator app, select Use a recovery code. The screen reads “Enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-factor. This will turn two-factor off.”- Enter one of your saved codes in Recovery code. It looks like
XXXXX-XXXXX. - Select Sign in with recovery code.
