Drafts is the Packages list pinned to the Draft status. It has the same search, columns and selection toolbar as the full list, but no status filter (it is already fixed to Draft) and no board toggle.
Drafts: packages that have not been sent yet.
Open a row to continue editing the package in the package creator. An empty list shows No Draft packages.
